As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator within the Client Servicing Team, I work closely with clients to respond to enquiries and provide professional, reliable support throughout their financial planning journey. My day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating client meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, preparing and processing documentation, and implementing follow-up actions arising from adviser meetings. I also support advisers in delivering a high standard of service, ensuring clients receive efficient and effective ongoing support.
At home
Outside of work, I play football for Petersfield Football Club and regularly attend West Ham United matches. I am passionate about sport and enjoy both playing and following a variety of sports in my free time.
