At work
Natasha is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices, and ensuring that the team has everything they need to work efficiently and feel supported as employees.
Natasha also works closely with our directors and other leadership team members to implement strategic areas of improvement. Her aim is for de Mellow & Co to continue to develop processes to better serve our clients and maintain business growth.
In 2024, Natasha was named St. James’s Place Practice Support Specialist of the Year (Solent region).
At home
Natasha has a passion for music and travel. She loves to visit new countries with family and
friends, or go to London to watch up-and-coming shows!
As an accomplished pianist, Natasha spent six years of her early career as a musical theatre performer in London and throughout the UK.
